Who is eligible
The service is available to persons registered in the Zviahel city community who are combat veterans or persons with a disability resulting from the war, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of War Veterans.”
Compensation amount
Once a year: UAH 3,000 in 2026, UAH 3,500 in 2027, UAH 4,000 in 2028. Any amount above the limit is paid by you personally.

- Copy of passport (pages 1-2)
- Copy of taxpayer ID
- Extract from the community register
- Copy of certificate (entitlement to the benefit)
