SUPPORT PROGRAMS
Medical Support
Free treatment at municipal healthcare facilities. Reimbursement of treatment and rehabilitation costs, and provision of medication.
Financial Assistance
One-time financial assistance for wounded veterans. Annual assistance provided to families of fallen combat participants in accordance with council decisions.
Social Protection
50% utility benefits for family members. Free public transportation. Dental prosthetics for families of the fallen.
Employment and Business
Career guidance, retraining, and grants. Veteran business incubator, tender participation consulting, and employment assistance.
Housing and Land
Housing waitlist registration. Assistance for veterans and families of the fallen. Financial compensation for home purchases.
Remembrance and Honor
Honoring the memory of fallen Defenders. Installation of memorial plaques. A memorial historical complex within the community.
BENEFITS AND PAYMENTS
Utility Benefits
50% of housing and utility costs covered for families of fallen combat participants and defenders, within social norms.
Free Public Transportation
War veterans and families of the fallen are entitled to free travel on municipal passenger transport.
Technical Aids
Priority provision of rehabilitation aids for veterans with war-related disabilities, including prosthetics and wheelchairs.
Dental Prosthetics
Free dental prosthetics for families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine who are residents of the Zviahel City Community.
Children's Meals
Free meals at educational institutions for children of war veterans (combat participants) of the Zviahel Community.
Land Plots
Priority allocation of land plots to veterans and families of fallen Defenders in accordance with current legislation.
REHABILITATION AND RECOVERY TREATMENT
Veterans (combat participants and persons with war-related disabilities) receive rehabilitation and recovery treatment services at "Zviahel Multidisciplinary Hospital" Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise, funded by the local budget, covering services not reimbursed by the National Health Service of Ukraine under the Medical Guarantees Program.

Rehabilitation
A comprehensive community-based rehabilitation program for veterans and persons with war-related disabilities.
Rehabilitation Department
Recovery treatment department at the city hospital. Referrals, list of services, and eligibility requirements.
Recovery Treatment
Hydrotherapy and recovery procedures at the municipal facility. Referral process and required documents.

FAMILY SUPPORT
Family support is an integral part of veteran policy in the Zviahel Community.
Children's Wellness Programs
Free stays at camps and sanatoriums for children of veterans and fallen Defenders. Wellness programs funded by the community.
Priority Enrollment
Priority enrollment for veterans' children at preschool education facilities in the Zviahel City Community.
Psychological Support
Mobile social-psychological support teams. Resilience Center. Peer support groups for wives and mothers.
